Before 1960, there is no reliable information about health care facilities. All communication before 1960 is in fragments, and the events are not related to each other. The historical records mostly contain records of medical surgical practices and Quality Improvement activities. In the early days, there was an unequal distribution of health care facilities based on racial disparities. Earlier, experiments were undertaken on black patients, especially black women, without any anesthesia. Such discrepancies were visible in the field of health care.
